Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Coastal Properties in Mt. Pleasant, Beth owned her own salon, while Paul came into real estate with a background in financial planning. Paul's financial background has been invaluable to him when dealing with new construction, vacant land sales or real estate investors who show interest in rental properties or in properties as a way of making money. He works in new construction with Eastech Builders and is the exclusive sales agent for Heritage Builders, LLC. As for Beth, relocation is her forte and true enjoyment. She is a Certified New Homes Specialist, Military Marketing Specialist and has earned CMMS, CMRS and CMAS designations through Cendant Mobility Relocation, which is the largest relocation company.
